Eight modules that write to one record.
There is no export from one part of Timelino into another, because there is only one system. A fee, a mark and an absence all attach to the same child, in the same academic year, with the same audit trail.
Marked at the door.
In the office by assembly.
Daily for the junior school, period-wise where you need it, staff attendance in the same place. The principal's screen names the registers still open — so the follow-up is a conversation, not an audit.
- Half-days, late marks and leave with a reason attached
- A guardian reports illness from the app or the browser portal — the teacher sees it before marking
- Consecutive-absence alerts that reach the office, not a report nobody opens
Marks stay private until
the school publishes.
A teacher enters marks over three days and corrects a mistake on the fourth. No parent sees a thing. Publication is a deliberate act by somebody who holds the permission, and it is dated.
- Entry by subject and section, with your own maximum and grade bands
- Unit tests, terms and board-pattern reporting side by side
- Report cards as PDF in your school's format, with the principal's signature block
Eight, and what
each one is for.
Switch off what you don't use. Turn it back on next year and your settings are exactly where you left them.
Fees & receipts
Fee structures per class and term, concessions and sibling discounts, partial payments and bounced cheques. A parent records what they paid; your office matches it against the bank; the receipt number issues at that moment and not before.
Claim → verify → numbered receiptAttendance
A register a class teacher marks in under a minute at the classroom door, and a whole-school roll-up the principal can read before assembly ends. Half-days, late marks, and leave with a reason attached.
Daily · period-wise · staffExams & results
Marks by subject and section, your own grade bands, report cards as PDF. Published when you say so.
Admissions
Enquiry to admission number, with a funnel that counts the stage each applicant actually reached.
Student records
One page per child — attendance, fees, marks, conduct, guardians, bus stop — for the year you are in.
Transport
Routes, stops, riders and vehicles, with fitness and permit expiry warning you thirty days out.
Library
Issue and return in two taps at the desk. Copies, holds and an overdue list somebody can act on.
Year rollover
Promote sections, carry balances, archive the year. Reopen last year read-only, untouched.
What Timelino
does not do.
Every school ERP lists forty modules. Here's where ours stops — so you find out now, not in month three.
Payroll
Staff records and attendance, yes. Salary processing, PF and TDS, no.
Accounting
We're the fee record, not your books. Export to Tally; we won't replace it.
Biometric devices
No hardware integrations yet. Attendance is marked by a person.
Timetable solving
You can record a timetable. We don't generate one.
Online teaching
No classes, no video, no assignment platform.
Bus GPS tracking
Routes and riders, yes. Live location needs hardware in every bus.
Twenty minutes, your data, your questions.
We'd rather show you the fee queue than send a brochure.
