The school confirms
Usually the same working day. Your receipt number appears and stays — you'll never ask for a duplicate again.
Why isn't it instant? A receipt is your school's legal record that money arrived. Somebody in the office checks your payment against the bank statement before the number is issued. It's slower than a gateway, and it's the reason the number means something.

- No other child in the school is reachable from your account — not by search, not by changing a web address.
- We don't sell data, run advertising, or train anything on your child's records.
- Your password is yours. School staff can resend an invitation; they cannot read or set it.
- The school owns the records. If something needs correcting, they can do it — we can't, and won't, behind their back.
Nothing here needs an app.
Everything a parent can do in the app can be done in a browser on any phone or computer, and everything can be done at the school counter. A family without a smartphone is not a family with less access — that's a rule we hold ourselves to, not a nice sentiment.
The school can print your receipt at the desk. It carries the same number.
